Your task:
To support our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team in Shanghai we are looking for an experienced software developer who wants to be part in the path to autonomous driving.
In this position you will support both series and pre-development projects:
In the series development the focus on the country specific adaptation of the customer's upcoming piloted driving functions to properly function in the Chinese/Asian markets.
In the pre-development the focus is on implementing drivable prototypes of new ADAS ideas. These could be things like existing systems with a different sensor set or completely new function ideas. To do this, existing ADTF software, prototype sensors,etc. shall be used as basis and be adapted and extended where necessary.

Required Experience (must haves!)
- University degree in Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
- Proficiency in C++ programming
- Several years of experience in algorithm design, development, series implementation, testing and debugging
- Good language knowledge in Chinese and English, German preferable
- Open, direct and precise communication style
- Ability to work self-motivated and well-structured
- Driving License

Further requested Experience (good to have)
- Good knowledge of ADAS system, bus systems and sensor (Radar, PDC, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
- Experience in using ADTF, Vector tools, Matlab/Simulink
- Prototype driving license
