职位描述：
1、根据公司拓展总目标，制定选址拓展计划，执行本区的选址并达成开店计划；
2、实施本区域选址开发的整体规划，跟进选址开发的整体进度；
3、对拟开店地址进行市场调研、开展商业评估，确定店开店可行性；
4、执行与物业租赁方的合同洽谈、签署、续约及终止等事宜；
5、统筹组织本区新店的筹建工作（合同、装修、布局、工具设备、证照、系统等），及时协助与推动相关部门的工作，确保新店按时开业；
6、根据地区规划，协助本区域内的旧店改造升级工作；


录用条件：
1、本科以上学历；
2、3年以上大型连锁企业选址开发经验；
3、熟悉连锁行业选址流程，有多个项目实际操作经验，有丰富的商业地产人脉资源；
4、有良好的项目研判能力,有商业地产项目市场拓展和商务谈判经验；
5、具备良好的人际交往能力、沟通协调能力以及解决复杂问题的能力；
6、具备突出的执行能力，能够胜任高压力的工作环境；

The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
