职位描述：
Independence of Action and Accountability
1. Be family with accounting coding block, responsible for brands expenses bookkeeping inclusive Non PO/ DE/ Open PO/Multi cost center PO,
2. Be responsible for vendor’s 3-way match for PO, GR & IR.
3. Follow up outstanding invoices, payments and assist for GRIR clearance;
4. Continuous training brand staff and external vendor for P2P related policy.
5. Be responsible for Balance Sheet analysis report of Accounts Payable before monthly submission
6. Review vendor advanced and accruals, timely clear the outstanding items;
7. Support statutory audit, tax audit and SOX audit.
8. Take on special projects as assigned.
Budget Responsibility
Review brands P&L to ensure completeness of expense and make related accruals.
 
University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economic;
Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar role;
Good written and spoken English communication skills;
Good interpersonal skills and team player;
Being able to work independently and under pressure;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and integrated accounting software system, preferably SAP.
