Purpose of the position
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating all Marketing and Sales activities on BU level. He/she will work closely with the entire District Marketing & Sales team and work under the direct management of District Marketing & Sales Head.
The primary purposes of this role are:
i) Development and Implementation of District & BU Sales Strategy in line with Country Sales and IV- Strategy;
ii) Establish, communicate & implement sales targets and sales plans for the BU in line with budget;
iii) Manage the Marketing & Sales team of the BU to meet and exceed the sales objectives of growth, profitability and productivity;
iv) Provide leadership and ownership of activity and development on designated Strategic;
v) Improve company’s competitive position in the local market;
Streamline and enforce CRM usage compliance by BU sales functions to ensure visibility of sales activities.
Key Tasks
Sales Management
1 Manage and control the sales organization within the assigned sales territory
2 Propose sales plan (A-E accounts)
3 Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
4 Assign sales-force to targets/clients
5 Develop business with assigned A-E targets/clients (sales ownership for 12-months maximum)
6 Assure successful account integration to Operations, Customer Service
7 Share information using sales-support tools (CRM)
8 Optimize cost of sales
9 Assure compliance with the sales process
Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager/District Manager when necessary
Decision Making Authority
?Direct-line leadership of:
- BU Sales organization;
?Margin and/or selling rates (within pricing authority guidelines);
?Customer product and service offerings, subject to Corporate guidelines;
?Process ownership for local content.

Language skills
?Fluent in Country local language is preferred (written and spoken)
?Fluent in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
?Other languages (written and spoken) a plus
Computer Literacy
?Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word, PowerPoint® and others)
