Position Title: Assistant Brand Manager (Temp, 6 months contractor)
Department: Marketing – Hair Care
Main Responsibilities:
1. Based on the brand strategy/positioning to develop brand communication creatives for BTL campaign
2. Develop and implement integrated brand activations including roadshow, in-store activity, bus-show, PR and visual merchandising to improve sales performance and brand equity
3. Based on the brand positioning to develop clear brand and execution guidelines for all BTL brand activations.
4. Set up KPIs and monitor the implementation of all brand activations.
5. Review brand activations based upon the brand guidelines and KPIs mentioned above.
6. Contribute to develop and implement Joint Business Plan for strategic partners with sales team.
7. Monitor, analyze and report brand performance in channels in regular base.
8. Identify opportunities and initiate action plan to fix or improve brand channel performance.
9. Manage, supervise and guide external partners (mainly BTL and PR agency) to deliver brand activation creative based on brand strategy/positioning and ensure excellent activation execution
Qualification:
1. 3-5 years brand management MKTG experience in FMCG industry
2. Prefer in personal care industry with successful track record
3. Open-minded, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
4. University or above
5. Fluent English
