Job Responsibilities: The Main responsibilities of this position includes but not limits to the following
工作职责：该职位包括但不仅限于以下职责：
1 Have product and business knowledge and experience, and follow up the samples punctuality & accuracy at different sample stages, need to report to Head office weekly. 熟悉成衣生产进度，对商务贸易有常识，跟进各个阶段样品的准确性和准时性，并每周整理进度表,汇总告知总部生产经理
2 Daily skillfully operate company's system, like: 1C , Pre-PLM ect. 熟练掌握公司规定的业务工作所需的系统。
3 To check and comment on PPC according to tech packs and standards accurately & puncturally . 正确地，准时地，根据公司要求和标准核查PPC。
4 Handle all testing（ c.c.c.， lablel fastness) during sample development stage. 负责并协调总部在样衣开发阶段的所有测试与表格。
5 Closely follow up GS/FS 's establishment & implementation of a contract according to Sportmaster's request, closely communication & solve the problem in time with material team, or make a esclating report 紧密跟踪服装供应商和材料供应商的合同的签署和执行,如有问题 及时与面料部门沟通解决问题，并及时和上层汇报。
6 To prepare & join & assist Head office's PM China visiting .
当总部同事去成衣工厂时，提供必须的协助
7 Well prepare & participate in PPM if needed. When get production problem , need to visit factory to coordinate or solve the problem.
如有需要，需参加产前会。 如有大货生产问题， 需前往工厂协助或解就问题。
8 Use 1C report to weekly follow up responsible garment suppliers/styles/ orders' bulk production report & make sure the goods delivery on time. If any delivery issues, need to solve & report to HQ/manger. 运用1C系统， 监督所负责的供应商的款式和订单的大货生产进度报告，确保交期的准时。 如有任何交期有关的问题， 需及时解决和汇报。
9 Systematic daily filing , and orderly sample keeping 有条理有系统的保存样品， 合理的文件归档
10 To train GS to understand Sportmater's policies /manuals/procedures for their better working with HQ smoothly 工作中需要与中国区所有部门以及总部相关生产经理进行紧密沟通与合作，培训供应商熟悉我们公司的操作体系和工作要求，便与供应商能更好的配合总部
12 Taking NEW task once company‘s needed & other works assigned by manager 随时准备接受公司的新任务和经理指派的工作。

6年以上相关工作经验"
