For our Building Technologies Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (BSCE) Order Management Specialist

订单管理专员.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Sales order review about logistics issues and ensure BSCE can fulfill customer requirement (check price, ship to address, shipping module, currency rate, products availability, MOQ, Lead time)

2. Work with planning team and purchasing team to provide reliable order acknowlegement to customer, update delivery confirmation to customers.

3. Transfer customer request to planning team and define production priority with planning team

4. Provide PR to purchasing team regarding HAWA/ ROH demand from customer

5. Make delivery plan according to production plan, weekly or monthly.

6. Support with customer urgent requirement on replacement, shipping module change, event order reply

7. Take system delivery for customer requested production

8. Drive delivery performance with good capability, realibility and readiness

9. Any other relevant tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 0~3 years working experience in electronic manufacture;

2. 0~3 years working experience in sales order management;

3. Professional experience in customer relationship management;

Professional knowledge in ERP system, prefer SAP SD module;

4. Knowledge of production process;

5. Strong data analysis skill;

6. Bachelor degree or above in international trade or management;

7. Fluent english skill.
