职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities
? Help customers to define and implement complex integrated Enterprise Resource Management Solutions that optimize their technology to support and grow their business.
? At presales stage, review the proposal, identify the risks and give technical advice to sales to ensure the proposal is feasible.
? At post sales stage, by understand client’s complex requirements, design reasonable solution and output well-formed design document based on AVEVA platform, build the solution and deliver to the clients with high satisfactions from both internal and external.
? Coach, counsel, mentor and motivate junior team members.
? Leader both internally and externally including partner and customers.
? Professional presentation and convincing personality.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

? Personality:
? Mature, pleasant, well organized, self-motivated, reliable, responsible, factual, punctual and able to work under pressure.
? Respect different cultures and willing to travel to project site for one week to few weeks for onsite services delivery.
? Communication Skills:
? Be perceived as a trusted technical advisor by customer and partner.
? Good documentation, presentation and communication skills.
? Fluent in both spoken and written English.

? Job Skills:
? Good understanding in Engineering Process, Life Cycle and Business Management, including material, planning and construction management process during project phase.
? Knowledge in shipbuilding, EPC, OO is a plus.
? Ability to handle multiple external and internal concurrent assignments and meet deadlines.
? Qualifications & experience:
? Bachelor or Master degree holder in Engineering or Information Technology, with at least 5 years work experience on software development on .NET platform, Familiar with C#, ASP.NET, HTML, XML, JavaScript (preferably AngularJS and jQuery), CSS and Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL Server.
? At least 3 years’ direct involvement in complex ERP solution implementation, preferably material, planning and production module of ERP system.
? Proven experience in designing solutions and producing technical design specifications. 举报 分享
