1、协助销售，安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、等事宜
2. 制作海/空运单证,及其它相关文件
3. 单证及文件的整理及归档等
4、联系新老客户，与客户保持良好的沟通与交流；
5、处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报；
6、完成上级交办的其他相关工作；
岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，英语四级。
2. 一年以上货代操作经验，具有一定的专业知识，能够独立处理货代空海运各项事务；
3、熟悉货代操作流程，熟悉货运代理业务及相关专业知识；
4、应用熟练，熟悉office等办公软件；对货代软件有一定的了解；
5、热爱物流行业，有一定的抗压能力，工作细心，认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强； 举报 分享
