职位描述
1. 熟练掌握涂料生产原理与操作，能够独立安排产品的生产作业，能够处理简单的异常。
2. 熟悉涂料的生产流程、人员管理、材料安排，并进行相关流程的工艺优化。
3. 在上级的指导下，可以主导并跟踪已确定的改进方案的执行。
4. 严格执行岗位所涉及的职业卫生防护措施。
5. 了解生产系统所涉及的各种设备设施。
6. 及时汇报生产过程中的各项非正常现象。
7. 完成上司交待的其他工作。


职位要求
1. 本科学历，化工类相关专业，
2. 具有化工行业背景及现场团队管理经验
3. 具备较强的实物操作能力
4. 良好的日语口语和书面沟通能力
5. 良好的应对能力、沟通协调能力。
6. 工作积极主动，具有较高的职业素养和责任心
