Report To: Senior Engineering Manager (Plant Engineering Director)
JOB SUMMARY
? To lead a team of ME Engineers to define and maintain an efficient manufacturing process in order to produce products that meet company's customer requirements.
? To lead a team of MS Engineers to develop and implement the maintenance for the State of Art manufacturing equipments.
? To initiate projects leading to machine downtime minimization and process/equipment optimization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? To lead ME group towards achieving the departmental quality objectives.
? To identify ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT) training needs.
? To ensure products manufactured are in compliance with Company's customer requirements.
? To lead ME group in improving plant wide realization through process and equipment optimizations.
? To supervise ME Engineers, MS Engineers & TS (EIT).
? To plan and lead continuous improvement projects leading to improvement in plant wide realization.
? To read, understand and support the implementation of systems stated in all Quality and Environmental Manuals. Eg:
? 9.7.1 4-QC10-1000-004 - Quality Policy and System
? 9.7.2 35-FS20-EMSGEN-001 - Environmental Management System Manual
? 9.8 As a DMR, perform the job as MR in the absence of the MR
REQUIREMENTS
? Degree in Engineering. Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a high volume, automated and technological manufacturing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies environment.
? Experience in high volume and automated manufacturing environment. Possess high quality leadership.
