职位描述
Key areas of responsibility:
-Develop regional patient education marketing plan and promote patient education tools
-Communicate with regional sales team of marketing strategy and plan, and monitor implementation
-Implement central marketing programs and build relationship with national and regional KOLs
-Main job tasks:
1)Manage performance in target regions to achieve sales target:
-Provide training and coaching of NOVOCARE marketing strategy, product knowledge and marketing programs to sales team, to ensure their understandings of the regional marketing plan and programs related information, and manage to achieve sales target.
-Monitor regional sales performance and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and threats, to develop marketing plan to support achieving regional sales target.
-Develop regional NOVOCARE programs based on regional market analysis and sales performance, and monitor regional execution.
-Execute regional NOVOCARE programs, collect and share regional information with central marketing, and develop solutions and action plans.
-Build up and strengthen relationship with regional KOLs.
2)Develop regional marketing plan:
-Prepare regional market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
-Develop regional marketing plan with clear objectives, goals and KPI.
-Communicate and monitor sales team for the implementation of regional marketing activities to ensure achieving business objectives.
-Refine NOVOCARE market plan based on regional market analysis, develop and initiate NOVOCARE programs for central marketing.
3)Communicate with regional sales team of marketing strategy and plan, and monitor implementation:
-Ensure effective communication and strong collaboration with sales team, product managers and medical team in regions.
-Communicate and monitor sales team for the implementation of regional marketing activities to ensure meeting of business objectives
4)Implement central marketing programs and build relationship with national and regional KOLs
-Implement central marketing initiated programs, to support achievement of business strategy and objectives, and follow up for improvement.
-Understand key customer needs and maintain good relationships with national and regional KOLs.
Qualifications:
-Basic understanding of market, product knowledge and key customers
-Basic knowledge in developing marketing strategy and plan
-Good project management skill
-Good communication skill
-Good team player
-Good computer skill, including word, excel and PowerPoint
Education:
-Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
-Fluency in both written & spoken English.
-Professional experience:
-3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry
-Min 3 years in sales or marketing functions.
