职位描述：
Hardware Customer Project Manager (Location in Shenzhen OR Shanghai)

Responsibilities:
？ Coordinate, monitor and manage customer requirements according to customer product spec, requirements, etc.
？ Coordinate, monitor and manage customer project features development and test among multiple development and validation teams, with HW focus.
？ Support key customer’s customization project and enable project partners to efficiently deliver HW solution to end customers, and meet customer expectation.
？ Support the process for qualification of module production line.
？ Monitor production status and support production line failure analysis.
？ Support project NPI and mass production stage

Requirements:
？ Excellent project management capability and problem analysis solving ability, with great passionate to handle the complex issues
？ Good customer support skills
？ With mobile phone related project experience will be an advantage
？ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or above, at least 2+ years experiences in smart phone or semiconductor areas and 2 years’ customer project management experience is required
？ Knowledge in HW system integration and failure analysis
？ Knowledge in packaging process and module production
？ Knowledge in reliability test and production test
？ Basic knowledge in quality standard at HW production
？ Solid NPI and mass production project experience
？ Required to travel when biz. needs (around 30% travel based on biz. needs) 举报 分享
