客户为世界知名汽车制造商
Objectives of the Position
? Build up and strengthen good relationship with various government authorities/organizations;
? Engage and influence key policy & regulation stakeholder;
? Develop and present PSA's position on technical regulation with the support from HQ;
? Cooperate and support internal partner (RHN, DRDS, MOTC, EESD and JVs relevant functions) on
  technical regulation issues;

Qualification Required
? At least bachelor degree in automotive, mechanic, or EE, EE is preferred
? Fluent written and spoken English language
? Minimum 2~3 years work experience at automotive OEMs
? Knowledge of Automotive regulations
? Communication skills with various hierarchy levels and different cultural backgrounds
? Team player with open-minded work attitude and ability to adapt to new situations
? Negotiation/presentation skills and ability to deal with organizations or government authorities
? Strategy thinking

Task Designation
? Regular regulation monitoring
- Following up the development of related regulations/standards
- Participating discussions on the related standard drafts and update RHN colleagues and
  coordinate feedback to/from RHN
- Lobby with authorities towards harmonization of regulations/ standards
- Collaborate with competitors to address common issues and make joint lobbying efforts with
  authorities
- Coordinate implementation and compliance of new regulations where applicable together with
  RHN colleagues
? Internal regulation sharing and requests supporting:
- Support Certification Group and Testing Group on the technical regulation
- Support on the new and updated standard internal implementation
- Update the internal relevant parities on the development of regulation via regular information sharing meeting 举报 分享
