Report to: Marketing Director
Required Qualifications and Experience:
1.University degree in life sciences and/or marketing.
2.Good English (oral and written).
3. Minimum 4 years industry experience. Related sales experience is preferred. Track record of success and achievement in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing.
4.Team player with the the ability to lead and work cross-functionally.
5.Strong knowledge of local markets and learning capability.
6.Strong analytic skills and ability to distill key commercial themes and actionable insights from raw data.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Primary Goal
1.Develop and drive branding strategies for company products with clear targets, objectives, milestones and return on investment.
2.Prepare and implement marketing plans in conjunction with cross departmental colleagues.
3.Report on a regular basis marketing/sales performance, OPEX tracking, KOL development and Business Intelligence as measured against key criteria.
4.Build and maintain relationship with key opinion leaders and others as appropriate. Leverage these relationships as needed to obtain information and achieve business objectives.
5.Design, commission and implement promotion and advertising programs. Seek input and support from Marketing/Medical/Sales colleagues as required.
6.Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and make improvements or changes where necessary.
7.Ensure all marketing activities comply with company procedures and ethical standards.
8.Ensure all marketing activities cost-effective and executed within defined budget.
9.Conduct marketing surveys to gain market understanding, competitor strategies and messages recall tracking.
Field force Cooperation:
1.Coordinate with Regional Business Manager and all field force through implementation of the marketing plan and associated programs, materials and initiatives.
2.Provide input and lead Cycle meeting programs to motivate and deliver value and direction to field based associates.
3.Provide input, coordinate and/or drive key account planning endeavors to see integration of sales and marketing approach.
Business Planning:
1.Assist in the market assessment for new and existing products.
