职位描述：
o Job function:
                    - Support Qualcomm 5G/4G/3G chipset customers for design-win projects
                   - Help customers to understand Qualcomm RIL/Android Telephony/Linux Data solution/software/algorithms
                   - Provide instructions and on-site support for customers to resolve issues quickly in using Qualcomm Android solution
                   - Identify problems reported by customers, report Qualcomm bugs to development team and provide the analysis till the root cause is found and bugs get fixed
 
o Skills/experience:
            - Minimum 3 years working experiences in this area;
            - Experience on Android development and debugging such as Telephony Framework, RIL, Linux data;
            - Familiar with JAVA, C, C++;
            - Technical understand of android SMS/MMS/Voice Call/STK/Data flow is highly desired.
            - Prior experience with Android and/or Qualcomm MSM software platforms is a big plus.
 
o Responsibilities:
                   - Trouble shooting on Android Telephony/RIL/Linux data with customers
            - Discuss and fix bugs with developer team
           - Support customers on vendor specific features
           - Training to customers on any new feature
