Operational missions:
Mission 1 : Social Media strategy, planning and reporting
* Plan yearly social media strategy according to digital & marketing calendar which includes 2 glocal campaigns, 2 branding campaigns, and multiple activation campaigns which follow the Chinese emotional calendar
* Manage social media budget and allocation for paid social and media agency
* Work closely with senior Display and acquisition executive and Tencent to build a complete campaign & data catching activation strategy on this platform
* Ensure brand consistency across all social channels
* Keep up to date with the latest developments within digital to identify opportunities and partners we could do co-branding activities with
* Track and monitor all projects to formulate insights and recommendations for future projects.
* Work with your global counterparts to help them understand China insights and needs, meanwhile support and contribute to global projects and programs where necessary.

Mission 2 : Content planning and creation
* Manage and create/write content for current owned social media platforms to tell our Brand stories and build a strong brand awareness in China (WeChat, Weibo) and explore possibilities for new channels

Management missions:
Mission 3 : Oversee 1 direct report in charge of digital experience in resort and village-office coordination including managing/coordinating village digital experts

Responsibilities:
? Manage existing owned social channels and develops potential Chinese social media channels at the brand level.
? Manage budget including agency and paid social
? Design social media strategy and implement by working closely with Media agency
? Work with agency to create and implement a content editorial calendar and plan specific marketing campaigns
? Monitor, listen to the current social trends, hot topics, channels, applications, designs
? Develop creative social campaigns/competition to animate social community
? Compile reports for management showing results.
? Identify social media trends in China and how they can improve brand favorability and business.
? Works with the China Regional PR team to manage blogger outreach to build an active key opinion leaders network to drive brand advocacy.
? Develop co-branding partnerships on social platforms to recruit massively


Profile requested:
Education : Bachelor degree
Job experience :
5 years + experience in marketing or PR position
Experience working with agencies is a +

Skills requested:
Knowledge :
Perfect knowledge of WeChat and Weibo
Creative mindset able to create campaigns and lead copywriting
Experience with KOL management
Skills :
Proven copywriting / blogging skills, Strong communication skills, creative mindset
Technical skills (tools…) :
Good powerpoint skills
Languages :
Mandarin and English are a must
Behaviour :
Flexible, open-minded, pro-active, problem solver, quick learner
