Overview of job
We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Supervisor to join GroupM Mobile department.
You will be responsible for develop mobile strategy and media proposal for clients, driving best mobile practice and managing the operational relationship with media vendor.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Mobile Planning Manager.

Measures of success –
In three months:
? Gotten an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients and the digital team of each agency;
? Be familiar with the working process of mobile team;
In six months:
? Independently handle campaign execution and ensure KPI delivery;
In 12 months:
? Develop mature mobile strategy with the knowledge you gain in mobile team, from data analysis to consumer insights and media amplification
? Taken control of the day to day management of the client’s mobile campaigns;
Responsibilities of the role:
Core Responsibilities:
? Partnership with agency SP team to work on client’s brief on media task;
? Develop mobile media strategy and proposal according to the brief;
? Quality control on data accuracy and ensure campaign KPI is achieved;
? Keep update to the industry new trend and mobile team’s product so to amplify to media strategy;
? Work close with BJ & SH mobile teams to share knowledge and best practice;
What you will need:
? At least 3 years’ media or marketing experience in digital or mobile related;
? An independent, self-driven individual with highly responsible nature;
? Willing to take challenge and complex situations;
? Passionate on digital marketing, good understanding and insights of mobile digital development in China;
? Superb communication skills, clear and professional in client communications. Confident, outspoken and contributing;
? Well versed in writing proposals and presenting strategies;
? Good written and oral English would be a plus.
