-Review contracts and other legal documentation and provide reliable and competent legal advice
-Provide legal analysis to overseas launched products and local operation
-Conduct certain legal research in relation to overseas target markets
-Assisted on the establishment of overseas operating entities
-Manage and interact with outside counsel where and as required
-Responsible for legal matters relating to our global advisory business, including review, synthesis and evaluation of global regulatory issues, establishment of our overseas entities, evaluation of the risks associated with our globally launched products, draft, review and negotiation of foreign cooperation agreements.
-Provide advice to investment and operations staff with respect to matters within his/her assigned responsibilities. .
-Ensuring company’s compliance with laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions

Requirements: / 要求:
-Bachelor’s law degree above
-Experience handling legal affairs in various jurisdictions
-Have team spirit, the optimistic and dedicated personality; can support high strength work.
-3 years + working experience in law firm or in house. Experience in disputes resolution area is a must (law bachelor )
- Familiar with Chinese judicial and bureaucratic systems;
- Good communication skills and strong team play spirit;
- Strong business acumen and result-driven;
