职位描述：
Junior System Engineer (Environment Management)
1. Define and maintain project test environment strategy
- Define project environment strategy
- Review effectiveness of project environment strategy during test execution and propose improvement plan

2. Test environment administration
- Coordinate preparation and installation of test environment infrastructure
- Perform application installation according to installation guide provided by 3rd party supplier
- Configurate test environments accorlding to installation guide provided by 3rd party supplier
- Create and execute system setup test cases to validate software installation
- Support project team in setting up application interfaces with downstream systems
- Maintain availability of test environment throughout testing phase
- Perform deployment of software addendum according to release note and installation guide from 3rd party supplier
- Perform test environment related trouble shooting and document issues and resolution
- Support 3rd party supplier in updating installation guide by providing lessons learned during application installation, application setup and system maintenance
- Support project team in creating environment configuration documentation for system go-live

3. Test environment coordination
- Coordinate between 3rd party supplier and IT infrastrcture support for defect resolution
- Coordinate with downstream system environment management team during system setup and trouble shooting
- Ensure communication to relevant teams takes place and business users are aware of scheduled downtime if applicable

Experience and Skills
"Experience:
? 2+ years of application development and maintenance experience in .net technology
? 3+ years of working experience in global companies
? Experience in conducting system deployment is a plus
? Experience in IT infrastructure related area is a plus
? Experience in change management is a plus"
"Specific Knowledge and Skills:
? Hands-on experience in implementation and configuration of Windows Server.
? Hands-on experience in Web Services and administration of IIS service
? Hands-on experience in SQL server is a plus.
? Strong infrastructure knowledge in windows, databases, storage and networking technologies
? Solid understanding of client-server applications and distributed systems
? Proven ability to work under pressure
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills
? Strong understanding of Network services and protocols
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities
? Strong interpersonal communication skills
? Fluent in both Chinese and English
? Fluent in MS office suit, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint" 举报 分享
