职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 协助外方工程师完成生产线的安装、启动和调试工作。
2. 设备定期检查、周期性维护保养，设备故障的分析、处理、反馈，软件升级、以及处理客户反馈的问题；
任职要求：
1. 具备对机械、液压、电气及自动化控制设备故障判断及处理能力；
2. 熟悉Beckhoff控制系统，西门子PLC，HMI，以及PROFIBUS、EtherCAT 、CANBus、CNC机床等相关的数据传输方式。
3. 能看懂电气线路图，机械图纸、液压图纸，了解气动原理；
4. 良好的英语能力；
5. 有自动化生产线维护和故障排除经验，主要在控制、机械、电气、液压和气动等方面。
6. 能够适应长期出差；
7. 根据实际工作需要进行设备软件升级、编程。

Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the foreign engineer to install, start-up and commissioning the production line.
2. Regular inspection, periodic equipment maintenance, failure analysis/processing/feedback, software upgrades, and handle customer feedback problems;
Skill required:
1. Handling the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation control equipment fault diagnosis and treatment;
2. Familiar with Beckhoff control system, Siemens PLC, HMI, data transmission means such as PROFIBUS, EtherCAT, CANBus, CNC Generator;
3. Can read electric circuit, mechanical drawings, hydraulic diagram and pneumatic principle
4. Good command of English;
5. Experience in automatic production line maintenance and trouble shooting in different aspects, such as control, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic
6. Can adapt long-term business trip;
7. Software upgrade/programming according to real working condition. 举报 分享
