Bachelor's degree（major in Financial Management, Accounting, Financing）

学士学位，财务管理，会计，金融专业

o Experience (type of)工作经验（类型）

Minimum 3 years finance and accounting related experience.

至少3年财务及金融相关工作经验

o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能

Familiar with national financial policy.

熟悉国家金融政策，创新融资方式；

Familiar with the process of vehicle sales, the business of dealer financing and financial institutions loan

熟悉汽车销售流程，经销商融资业务，金融机构贷款业务；

Familiar with articulation and, analysis ability of financial statements to.

熟悉财务报表勾稽关系，具备分析财务报表能力；

Familiar with risk management control of financing.

熟悉融资风险管控；

Good communication skills, oral english ability

具备良好的沟通技能，双语能力，日常工作会用英文交流。

Key Responsibility description关键职责描述

1. Implement DENZA financing decision实施DENZA融资决议

1） Implement the credit line application plan and keep track the use of it;

执行贷款额度申请并跟进使用情况；

2） Implement the capital injection plan of both shareholders and keep track of the capital injection timeline;

实施股东方注资计划，跟进公司资金注资进度，协调股东方注资进度

3） Track the policy of bank loan ;

跟进银行贷款政策；

4） Finish feasibility study report of company project and other related reports;

完成项目可行性分析报告和其它跟贷款相关的报告制定；

5） Achieve post-loan supervision;

做好贷后管理。

2. Build DENZA financing platform and introduce enough credit resources 建立经销融资平台和引入信贷资源

1）Building the access condition of DENZA dealer financing and maintain dealer data uniting DENZA S&M dep. and financial institutions;

联合金融机构和公司市场部建立经销商融资资质准入条件，维护经销商数据

2）Assisting DENZA S&M dep. and financial institutions to sign dealer financing contract with , following the post-loan work;

协调金融机构和公司市场部及经销商签订经销商融资贷款协议，跟进贷后事宜;

3）Communication and evaluation with financial institutions to introduce enough credit resources into DENZA, innovative financial products and to reduce the cost of dealer financing for company;

沟通及评估金融机构，引入多元化信贷资源，创新金融产品，降低公司为经销商融资所付出的成本。

3. Maintain and build relationship between financial institutions and DENZA维护公司和金融机构关系

1）Communicating with financing institutions to maintain DENZA, financial institutions relationship;

沟通银行，维护好公司、金融机构关系;

2) Follow up and deal with the abnormal situation;

跟进处理异常情况。

4. Internal control 财务内控

Participate in the internal control system of the company and execute internal control implement in treasury.

积极参与并执行公司内控管理，发挥财务及资金的管控职能。
