General
Duvel Moortgat Shanghai Ltd. (www.duvelmoortgat.cn), a subsidiary of the Belgian brewery group Duvel Moortgat (www.duvelmoortgat.be), is currently searching for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sales Supervisor. The primary task will be to identify and establish new accounts and manage current accounts for the Fuzhou on-trade market. Duvel China is headquartered in Shanghai and has six regional offices throughout the country.

Tasks
- Develop new clients in Chinese restaurant and Bar channels and create a sales action plan to reach monthly targets
          开发中餐馆及酒吧渠道客户，根据销售目标设定销售计划
- Prepare sales reports while reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager
          准备销售报表并向区域销售经理汇报
- Develop distribution channel and manage distribution partners and execute marketing actions as directed by Shanghai HQ
         开发分销伙伴，执行上海总部的营销行为
- Follow up and push sales for existing clients while recording all sales activity in CRM
         跟进现有客户，推动销售，同时将所有销售活动在CRM系统做记录
- Monitor draft equipment inventory and oversee machine installations
          监控生啤设备库存和监督机机器安装
- Provide beer trainings and tastings at client venues
          给客户提供啤酒培训和品尝

Requirements:
- Relevant sales or F&B experience in China is required
          销售和快消行业相关经验
- Independent and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
          独立和自我激励创业心态
- Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills
