SUMMARY
This position is responsible for handling clinical-related issues, internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in below broad categories but may not be limited to:
1. Follow education strategy to support local educational events and projects on time with fully executive of SOP and compliance.
2. Execute speaker invitation processes, such as preparing for documentation, arranging logistics and saving the record of lectures.
3. Translating and proofreading of Clinical documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Manage day to day tasks within Clinical department.
? Follow education strategy to support local education events and projects on time with 100% executive of SOP and compliance.
? Executive and manage speaker agreement, fee schedule, logistics and related processes and documentation.
? Place invitation and communicate with speakers before events to get good alignment, collect deck to go through internal review process.
? Coordinate educational programs as assigned and provide onsite support on important educational events.
? Translate clinical documentation and proofread marketing materials as assigned.
Additional responsibilities:
? Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

The normal work hours and days assigned to this position are: Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm.
