职位描述：
Job designation
? Call center setup support for Client’s Connected Car Programs
- Coordinate the effort for Client to support setting up connected Car call center and interfaces
- support development of required services and associated documents ( descriptions, processes, scripts etc)
- End to End Supplier pitch support (Specifications, Supplier Evaluation, nomination, onboarding)
- Monitor and report on progress of the cluster in the overall Connected car program
? Call center Operations support for Client’s Connected Car programs
-Liaison with other Business units, suppliers and HQ teams
-Define and monitor call center service processes
- Monitor service levels, service quality and Customer Satisfactions
- Management reporting and communication

Qualification
- University degree Business/Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Connected car/Call center programs within automotive industry of China
- Good understanding of Chinese automotive business, major players and their connectivity programs
- Good understanding of Chinese telematics business landscape, major players and various connectivity services offered in the market.
- Possess good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and produce quality results.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the business.
- Advanced presentation, communication and project management skills; must be familiar with power point, Excel and Word.
- Proficient (written/spoken) English and Mandarin 举报 分享
