This position will be responsible for driving and implementing key commercial infrastructural & best-in-class strategies and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness & success of the local organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales operations
- Be involved in establish, implement and optimize sales/service strategy, develop and set up the policies can procedure for the department accordingly
- Client system management: clients’ allocation system, order entry, open account etc.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing to ensure appropriate sales programs and necessary collateral are developed in a timely fashion. Own and manage the implementation of key marketing & sales programs, launches, and commercialization strategies along with marketing & commercial leaders.
- In the event of distribution or outside partnership agreements, work with FP & A to provide timely analysis and reporting requirements.
- Work with Asia Pacific sales operations to drive the development of necessary IT requirements to support China Sales team, and work cross-functionally with the IT department to ensure the requirements are met.
- Administer commercial documents. This includes bidding documents, sales agreement and promotion contract reviews.

Customer Support
- Understand/define/refine customer segments and develop strategies, based on insight into customer behaviours.
- Establishes and directs customer service process and policies to ensure the appropriate treatment of clients’ inquires and complaints.
- Translate high level experience design into specific treatments which customers will receive for each type of interaction, across channels and throughout their relationships.
- Execute customer experience (CE) assessments and gap analysis (Voice of Customer (VOC), Best Practices)
- Analyse VOC and behavioural information to understand why customers are satisfied/dissatisfied, along with their attitudes, motivations etc. to develop deep insights into customer needs and behaviours
- Develop appropriate operational metrics and dashboards, including NPS to oversee company’s performance, process improvement and provide guidance and direction from an analytical point of view for the customer facing teams.
- Ensure the CRM and other platforms or applications are integrated, robust, and cost effective in order to deliver value to the sales team in a scalable, flexible fashion.
- Own CRM Tools, including data stewardship and ticket resolution with global team.

Logistics
- Oversee effective functioning of all distribution, transportation, customer service, business service activities including facilities.
- Responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the customer service, distribution, transportation and delivery strategy for China in achieving desired net promoter score (NPS).
- Develop strategies, business models, and plans designed to optimize customer satisfaction and financial results.
- Facilitate import of the Invisalign product to the Chinese market and export of clinical records by Chinese customers to company in US/Mexico.
- Liaise with logistic partner(s), if any, and resolve any import/shipping / fulfillment related issue
- Oversee delivery of materials and take emergency measures in case of problems with courier and doctor’s material needs.
- Assist in supplies order and process purchase requisition for inventory stocking

Project Management
- Lead and Manage ad hoc projects to optimise the performance of the Sales operations team

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPEREINCE
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
- A minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in technology/medical device company
- A minimum of 5 year people management and project management experience, familiar with process excellence and lead projects across different functions.
- Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations in a clear, concise format
- Business level English, and Mandarin
- High energy and passion
- High integrity
