职位描述：
This is a senior management position in PCCW Solutions reporting to PRC GM. This is a critical position to drive sustainable growth and increasing secured delivery & service team quality improvement. A strong caliber is required to head the PRC all capability teams including Application Development / Enterprise Applications / Infrastructure / Technology Architecture / Managed Services. He / She will lead integration & transformation of our solutions for various industries. Partnership with our industry heads to enrich PRC capabilities and fully leverage of our differentiated capabilities to provide end-to-end services & solutions to our clients. Major scope of responsibilities include the followings:
- Comply to the policies and business compliances of the PCCW Group, accountable for capability teams UR measurement.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quality project delivery services
- Ensure project delivered as per commitments, within budget and with quality together with management analysis in multi-dimensions
- Proactively report to Management major project delivery issues and recommend remedial resolutions
- Understand the latest market needs and uplift internal skills for market opportunities capturing and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams for offering total solutions with pre-sales team
- Plan and align resources to cope with the management directives and business plans
- Manage the strategic aspects of large engagements and mitigate risks.
- Supervise individual capability team heads/Project Managers and senior project team members on client engagements and professional practice.
- Review key project deliverables as per business commitments.
- Conduct regular reviews with internal and external parties for ensuring quality assurance of project deliveries and proper professional practices in place.
- Lead by examples.
- Support the financial forecasts for signed projects and pipelines when necessary.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or relevant majors
- At Least 15 years and above relevant working experiences (less experienced will be considered as if with strong technical skills or key industry experiences) , at least 10 years in middle management position. IT consulting background preferred.
- Experience in enterprise applications/IT service delivery and successfully managed 800+ team size
- Ability to manage strategic aspects of large engagements and to mitigate delivery risk.
- Good at team management with high leadership skills, people management and project management skills, able to analyze team members’ differentiations and set up relevant goals for them, enlarge the synergy within team.
- Excellent problem solving skills and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage stress and conflicting demands, negotiate and handle set backs are critical.
- Must have excellent organizational skills to prioritize and meet customer requirements.
- Experience in managing multiple customer engagements with the ability to balance diverse project resources.
- Good command of both Chinese and English.
