1. Manage、and lead the existing quality Team.管理以及领导质量团队；
2. Be in charge of managing the quality from incoming to outgoing.负责从进料到出货的质量管理
3. Establish&maintain QC procedures / strategy to ensure that Aluk optimizes the manufacturing quality to meet our customer specification and requirement.
建立和维护质量管理程序/战略确保Aluk产品质量不断优化以满足客户要求；
4. Customer complaint handling客户投诉处理；
5. Measure instrument management; 量具的管理；
6. Related quality document management; 文件控制管理
External对外：
1. Establish procedure to ensure that external suppliers meet the quality requirement for our products. 建立供应商管理程序确保外部供应商提供的产品满足公司产品要求；
2. Follow up vendors with audits to improve the quality to meet our requirement.
对供应商开展审核以确保供应商不断改进质量以满足公司产品要求；
3. Third party’s audit etc.其他一些第三方审核。

The first project for AluK in China can be traced back to 1985 when our innovative thermal break profiles were successfully used in more than 1200 rooms in the Beijing Hotel.
