【岗位职责】：
1、负责分店业务支持工作：业主委托钥匙的管理、协助开通网络端口、房源照片美化等；
2、协助销售打印临时文件，配合整理打印、扫描业务合同等文件，做好合同和其他制式
签署文件的归档管理和上报交接；
3、负责分店的销售数据统计工作；
4、负责分店形象管理：店面布置、卫生管理等；
5、负责分店办公用品、办公设备、制式用品、通讯设备、内部钥匙等物品的管理，以及设备维修；
6、负责协助办理分店人员试用、入职、转正、劳动合同签定、离职、员工档案管理等相关手续；
7、负责监督员工考勤与外出，制作考勤表；每月整理社保、转正及薪资等的变动情况上报人事主管；

【任职资格】：
1、秘书、中文、行政管理等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、具有1年以上行政工作经验，有房地产行业相关经验优先；
3、熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备；
4、熟练的中文写作、阅读能力，较强的理解能力；
5、工作仔细认真、责任心强，具备较强的书面和口头表达能力；
