Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Communicate with sales and allocate orders;
与销售沟通对订单进行分配;
2. Track the production and quality of batches;
跟踪批次的生产及质量状况;
3. According to customer special requirements of loading to add notes in system;
根据客户装货的特殊要求添加系统备注;
4. Coordinate with production and logistics, to ensure the products going smoothly;
协调生产与物流,保证货物的正常出库;
5. Monitoring first product inventory, offer the daily inventory status; ensure the safety stock to avoid overstock situation;
监控副产品的库存,及时提供每日库存状态;确保安全库存、避免溢库;
6. Records, tracking, feedback and system operation of customer complaints;
客户投诉的记录、跟踪、反馈和系统操作;
7. Confirm the return products, coordinating relevant departments to receive and deal with it;
退货的确认,协调相关部门接收、处理退货;
8. Communication, coordination, tracking, and system input of product transfer;
货物移库的沟通、协调、跟踪 和系统录入;
9. Make related sales reports and statements;
制作副产品销售的相关报告及报表;
10. Responsible for the organization and coordination the related audit and quality certification work with ISO9001 system;
负责组织协调本部门与ISO9001体系相关的审核、质量认证等工作;
Qualifications 岗位要求:
1. Collage Degree, Trade, commerce, logistics, food industry, English and other related professionals, New graduated is accepted;
大专学历以上,贸易、商务及物流、食品、英语等相关专业,接收应届毕业生投递;
2. more than two years working experience is preferred.
有两年以上工作经验的更佳;
3. Proficient in Word ,Excel & PPT.
能熟练使用office软件 – Word, Excel & PPT;
4. Good English skills, positive to learn, careful and patient, good at communication.
英语水平良好,积极好学、细心有耐心、善于沟通;
