Job Description:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the smooth daily work of warehouse and logistics.Monitor the 5S of working area.Make sure the operator is strictly following the safety operation process.Regular inventory check and keep accurate inventory data.
?Maintain daily SAP data.Monitor ongoing operations and transactions to minimize Inventory Accuracy Variance and Material Requirements Planning exceptions.Organize regular inventory check to make sure the complete and full inventory accuracy.
?Based on daily production plan,coordinate with production team,to prepare RM for them and receive FG from production into warehouse
?Issue logistic order based on sales order and tracking the finished goods in-transit status,make sure goods arrived in customer safely and on time
?Find and evaluate potential logistic suppliers based on multiple criteria.
Maintain the master data of each vendor in SAP
?Keep and monitor all working areas clean and neet and in an orderly fashion.Make sure all inventory material index is visual management and all the materials are in the dedicated location.
?Work with cross-function to handle defective or unacceptable raw materials/products.Monthly report the slow moving materials and inventory turn.Monthly report delivery list and cost
?Based on practice,modify SOP's related to the function and record forms,and propose the action plan.
?Implement global Reichhold safety procedures for own area of responsibility,and monitor the warehouse operator to follow the safety rules.
?Coordinate the manpower to do receiving and delivering and intermediate process operation(recycled drums,recycled pallets)and tracking and report the performance of raw material supplier and logistic vendors.

Job Requirements:

?Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
?Skilled in Microsoft office software and SAP
?Supplier management
?Hard working and efficient
?Warehouse and logistic practices within Chemical Industry in multinational companies.At least 3 years working experience in dangerous goods area
?Understanding the hazards of dangerous goods and operation attentions
?Understanding of chemical industry transportation regulations locally

Undergraduate degree in Business,Logistic or related field.At least 3-5 years of warehouse/logistic experience in the Chemical Industry,preferably with a multi-national company.
