职位描述：
Essential Functions(基本功能):
? Help companies increase productivity(帮助企业提高生产力).
? Study product requirements and design manufacturing and information systems to meet requirements(研究产品要求和设计制造和信息系统以满足要求).
? Familiar with process improvement, goal management or capacity planning and other skills(熟悉流程改进，目标管理或能力规划等技能)
? Assist in financial planning and cost analysis(协助财务规划和成本分析).
? Design production planning, delivery and control systems(设计生产计划，交付和控制系统).
? Improve ways to distribute goods and services(改进分发商品和服务的方式).
? Determine most viable plant and factory locations(确定最可行的工厂和工厂地点).
? Factory planning and layout management(工厂规划和布局管理)
? Estimate production costs(估算生产成本).
? Evaluate accuracy of production and testing equipment(评估生产和测试设备的准确性).
? Study and rearrange org charts, material flow, and operations sequence(研究和重新排列组织图，材料流程和操作顺序).
? Evaluate effects of product design changes(评估产品设计变更的影响).

Skills Required(技能要求):
? In depth knowledge of Manufacturing Operations experience in semiconductors fabrication（深入了解制造业半导体制造经验）.
? Success in developing, implementing, and coordinating risk control programs and related safety initiatives（成功开发，实施和协调风险控制计划和相关安全举措）.
? Strong mathematical/analysis skills including statistical analysis and simulation skills. Proven financial and claims analysis experience.（强大的数学/分析技能，包括统计分析和模拟技能。丰富的财务和索赔分析经验。）
? Strong project management with the ability to lead and work with cross functional/cross departmental teams at multiple levels（强大的项目管理能力，能够跨多个层面的跨职能/跨部门团队领导和工作）.
