A week in the life of a Technical Consultant:
? You will serve as the primary interface for customers.
? You will participate in the pre-sale, deployment and maintenance of products.
? You will manage the life-cycle of new products from requirements to deployment and order management.
? You will develop technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
? You will understand the technical needs of customers and identify products and solutions.
? You will deliver technical presentations and trainings to customers.
? You will provide knowledge about market competition.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
? To do this job, you must be proficient in technical support, project management, and integration, Solid working experience in smart cards, system deployment/validation, administration and maintenance support.
? We would appreciate if you had a Business School Degree.
? You need to be fluent in English and also preferably in local language.
? We would like someone to join our team who is a good verbal and writing communicator, customer and business oriented, organized, autonomous, rigorous, works well under pressure, team player, good interpersonal skills, creative, analytical thinker, problem-solver, positive attitude.
? You need to have a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related.
? We are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field (preferably Smartcard, Embedded Software or Services provider background, Telecom or Secure Transactions area) or equivalent experience within Gemalto.
