Dev Leader:
Requirement:
? 4+ years Software/tool development experience, 2+ years Development team management experience
? Significant experiences in one of the following areas : large scale internet applications, operating system kernels, distributed systems, storage systems, data modeling of complex systems, and search relevance
?Love to design and write great code , with great technical passion, drive for results, and ability to work independently
? Proficient in some of the programming knowledges: C#, .Net, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, T-SQL and Entity Framework.
? Knows well of WebService, JSON, Ajax
? Strong Logical Analysis ability and capable of solving problems independently
?Strong partnership, communication and coordination skills
? Good communication skills and good English skills in Listening, Speaking, reading and writing
? Good troubleshooting skills, Capable of isolating problems and analyzing and fixing it rapidly
? Strong learning skills and proactive in facing blocking issues and keeping on improving it
? Good team worker
Responsibility:
?Lead the development team to develop tools that the project need or FTE required
? Develops, executes test strategies, by designing and executing technical testing solutions across the life cycle.
? Designs, develops, and implements reusable components, tools and frameworks in order to facilitate testing at all levels
? Trains the QA team on use of tools and frameworks
? Works closely with architects to ensure that application design is in line with architecture strategy
? Builds / aids in the development of automated build and deployment using configuration management technology. Contributes to and reviews deployment plans; schedules the installation of new modules, upgrades and fixes to the production environment. Works with Release Management to ensure modules are production ready
? Educates / Trains Production Management on upcoming production deployments
