职位描述
Role (Purpose of the job)
Based on Volvo China HR plan, harmonize C&B related processes and systems; lead HRSC C&B team to provide timely and high quality C&B services to related BA/Divisions; work closely with C&B COE on related projects and policy development.
Interfaces
Internal:
- VBS peers
- HRBP & Business Controller in the responsible BA/Divisions
- Internal auditors
- All employees
External:
- Outsourcing vendors such as Fesco, Doqi, Deloitte, Taiping, insurance companies, etc.
- Annual salary survey vendors
- Auditing companies
- Related governmental bureaus such as Labor Bureau, Tax Bureau, etc.
Key Responsibility
·Processes & Systems Harmonization
·Harmonize C&B processes & systems based on Volvo China HR development plan
·Consolidate C&B vendor information and centralize vendor management to build the synergy across Volvo China
·Communicate with related stakeholders on C&B harmonization progress and results
HRSC C&B team management:
·Lead C&B team to ensure timely and high quality C&B services including:
Payroll Administration
Annual salary review support
Annual bonus support
Annual salary survey support
Budget & cost analysis support
Internal & external auditing support
Welfare & benefits administration
·Be responsible for team members' training and development, manage their performance and make proposals on their salary review
C&B project involvement:
·Lead HRSC C&B related projects, for example, e-payroll system deployment
·Provide supports to C&B COE on related projects and policy development
Authority
·Follow the Company Finance management policies.
Main competence requirements
·6 years and above HR experiences in international companies are required; C&B experience is a must. Bachelor degree or above.
·Team management experience is requried
·High ethical standard with integrity
·High sense of responsibility and attention to details
·Ability to handle multi-tasks at one time
·Good interpersonal and communication skill
·Proficient in both written and oral English
·Take initiatives to work independently and as part of a team
·Strong desire to learn with consistent learning attitude
·Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated
