职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? Responsible for construction management of new stores and renovations from initial phase to turnover, in focusing on full price retail store (and factory outlet)
? Work with various internal departments in processing new stores opening
? Responsible for directing project budgeting, scheduling, planning, permitting, bid qualifications and contract negotiations
? Acts as liaison with Design Architects and external on ground Architect
? Review construction documents for accuracy to ensure Polo design standards are maintained
? Monitor project status through entire build out via site visit and photo review
? Manage tracking schedule with internal partners and external vendors; manage communication to keep all parties updated
? Direct punchlist with internal project managers and contractors
? Compile project close out package
Requirements
? 10+ years experience in Project/Construction Management; preferably within Retail industry
? Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of construction simultaneously
? Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
? Familiarity with China resources
