职位描述
The company, one of the worlds leading pump Manufacturing Companies, has set up a regional "Support Centre" in Shanghai/Hongqiao in order to secure local support for the Asian region but also to be an important element for their Global support.
Role:
The Application Specialist participates in application design, development, implementation and application integration and takes responsibility for application consultancy by using custom solutions while observing relevant design & development guidelines within an application area to support business requirements.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Application consultancy
- Application Support/Service Desk
- Application Training (internal & external)
- Business Consultancy
- Standard Solution Ownership (i.e. Template)
- Information architecture
- Project and/or programme management
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in supporting SAP solutions
- Experience with CS is mandatory and knowledge of SD is preferable
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (i.e. SAP CRM) will be extra bonus.
- Experience from Multinational companies/operations or from a Consultancy Company
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the specific SAP modules.
- Team player, that takes responsibility and ownership,
- Used to work in a Matrix organization.
- Fluent and effective in both spoken and written Chinese & English.
