(Senior) Member of Technical Staff - Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control
KEY OBJECTIVE:

Work with Oracle Japan and global development teams to improve Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control product quality. Perform pre-release functional testing and new feature research in Japanese environment. Deliver technical documents for Japan market product readiness. Provide technical support to Oracle Japan key customers/partners. Support JPAPC Customer Care Center programs.

Job Description:
1. Product pre-release testing
-- Study technique documents and design test case.
-- Execute test case on various OS environment to discover defects in the products,
-- Cooperate with global development teams to tack and fix the bugs.
-- Write technical documents (test case, ).
2. Support Oracle Japan for product readiness
-- Research new feature of product and writing relevant documents.
-- Do seminars to Oracle Japan, or other teams.
3. Partner support
-- Answer technical questions from Oracle Japan partners. Support Japan beta programs.
4. Communicate with Oracle Japan to make sure products quality is satisfied by Japanese partners and customers.
5. Communicate with Global teams to improve product quality
6. Support JPAPC CCC (customer care center) programs.
-- To provide technical and solution support for CCC customers in JPAPC when needed.
Required Skill Areas:
1. BS or MS in Computer or related major.
2. Technology background and knowledge of Database / Enterprise management / Virtualization / Cloud computing / Middleware products.
3. Extensive experience with mainstream platforms, including Linux, Windows, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX.
4. Skillful at DB, or VM (OVM, Xen, VMware), or Java/J2EE.
5. Excellent communication skills and great teamwork.
6. Fluent Chinese and English is a must.
7. Good Japanese language ability (at least reading and writing).
8. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
9. Quick learner for new technologies.
10. Exhibits good project planning and time management skills
11. Self-motivate, responsible, careful, innovative.
