What are my responsibilities?
Mission:
- Responsible to produce and/or ensure accurate and timely financial accounting reports. Perform financial accounting controlling function for the company and support Head of Finance and Finance and Operations Director as required;

Dimensions:
- Nationwide and interface with SLC and SFS and accounting controlling function, lead/develop a small team (3-4 financial accounting controlling function staff)

Contacts:
Different departments within company, shared services from SLC (e.g. SFSL, Taxes, legal, etc.), Commercial Finance(headquarter) in Germany

Areas of responsibility:
- Responsible to produce and/or ensure accurate and timely management and company required financial accounting Reports
- Lead/develop a small team (3-4 financial accounting controlling function staff
- Collaborating with other functions within SFLL and liaise with Siemens Financial Services Commercial Finance HQ, Siemens Global Shared Service, Siemens Limited China Legal and Tax Departments, internal/external auditors and SFLL business partners to fulfill accounting and reporting requirements
- Suggest and support in continuous accounting processes improvement projects (both controlling/accounting and system related)
- Support internal/external financial audits and regulatory audits
- Timely advise if an adverse trend of company’s financial performance occur and suggest to improve
- Support in other projects, such as Compliance programs, ICS/SOX (RIC risk internal control system) processes/testing
- Document/update accounting and controlling processes; propose/implement process improvements
- Support other ad-hoc projects

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Qualification:
- 5 years + multinational experience; leasing experience, Siemens and Big4 experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Financial Mgr, Business Administration and Economics
- People management experience and business result driver
- Customer oriented, intercultural experience is required
- Proficiency in Chinese and international accounting principals CICPA/IFRS/USGAAP
- Knowledge in corporate taxation
- Controlling reporting experience
- SAP experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
