Department Description
OARDC stands for Oracle Asia Research& Development Center. OARDC-NOKK is known as OARDC-Japan Projects team, doing Tech QA for DB/EMGC/FMW/BI, Apps QA, Apps Development and Japan Solution Readiness for Oracle Japan. Fusion Apps Readiness Center is responsible for accelerating Fusion Applications going to Japan and APAC market. The center will provide Environment services, QA services, TOI services and SWAT services to support all Fusion Applications sales activities.

Brief Posting Description
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

Detailed Description
As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Job Requirements
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.

Additional Details
KEY OBJECTIVE:
1.Provides Environment services, QA services, TOI services and SWAT services to support Japan and APAC sale activities
2.Help APAC customers solve complex business and technical issues, On-site work may be required base on project needs.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:
1. BS or MS in Computer, Business, Finance, Industry Engineering or Operations Research.
2. Functional expertise in HCM or CRM is a must and any the following areas would be a big plus: Finance or SCM.
3. Above 3 years implementation experience is required. At least 3 entire implementation projects experience.
4. Above 2 years testing experience is required. Experience of testing process and methodology.
5. Technical knowledge of Oracle database, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix OS, development experience will be a plus.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, Good in English.
7. Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
