行政相关：
- 负责登记、接待前台访客
- 负责前台电话转接，快递、信函的接收和转发
- 负责行政供应商日常沟通、管理及相关费用结算等， 包括办公用品、绿化、物业、饮水、机票、酒店、名片、快递等
- 负责按时更新员工通讯录
人事相关：
- 协助主管招聘实习生，并负责实习生入离职手续及档案管理
- 协助主管办理员工入离职手续及安排新员工入职培训
- 为外籍员工办理就业证及工作签证等

- 其他主管安排的行政人事相关工作
任职要求：
- 1年以上行政或人事相关工作经验
- 大学本科学历
- 英语、普通话流利
- 熟练使用office软件，包括word, excel, ppt等
- 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
- 有外企相关工作经验者，优先考虑

Job descriptions:
Admin
- Receipting and directing visitors cordially and taking note accordingly
- Handling switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages in a professional manner
- Sending out, receiving, distributing post mails and deliveries
- Be responsible for admin daily operations, vendor communications, monthly expense collection and checking, e.g. stationery, plant, property, water, travel agency, name card, courier, etc.
- Updating staff contact list timely
HR
- Assist line manager on Intern recruitment
- Be responsible for Intern check in & out process and manage intern database
- Assist on staff check in & out process and new staff orientation
- Be responsible for expatriate’s work permit or visa application and renew

- Other duties assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 years’ working experience in Admin or HR
- Bachelor degree
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both oral and written
- Good computer skills, e.g. word, excel, ppt, etc.
- Good communication skill and team player
