Responsibility:
- Provide general office support, including office maintenance, purchasing, printing, mailing, messenger etc. to all office staff members in a timely and effective manner.
- Responsible for Office Admin Expense, Budgeting & cost control.
- Implement varied Admin policies.
- Handle cross charging between different legal entities including but not limited, courier, color coping, IDD, printing and stationery.
- Monitor Admin Assistant and Ayi's work in order to ensure that Admin support effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain pantry & office environment in tidy manner and accordance to the standard of brand image.
- Provide all kinds of travel arrangements including inbound & outbound, lodging, visa application etc to office staff members.
- Assist in company events in planning and logistics support.
- Arrange all administrative matters for new joiners e.g. workplace, workstation, stationery, temporary entrance pass, and coordinate with IT department about IT facilities.
- Landlord and Office Supplies vendor negotiation, in order to ensure the company enjoys the best benefits.
- Assist ad-hoc projects assigned by VP, HR.
Experience:
At least 6 years hands-on experience in office Admin management, preferably in the retail industry.
Skills:
- Strong project and time management skills; ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple cities and business units; timely follow up with cities to ensure all reporting deadlines are met
- Influential and effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Mature, can work Independently under fast working pace
- Well organized; Detail-oriented;
- Excellent computer skills are required, including but not limited to Microsoft Office software
Education: University graduate in Business Administration related major.
