Requirements:
1.BS or BA degree with solid technical background and interest;
2.Minimum of 3~5 years in sales preferably in the vitamin and dietary supplement industry;
3.Strong business leadership, client management skills;
4.A keen business sense, result oriented along with detailed planning skills;
5.Good oral and written communication skills in English and in Chinese;
6.The ability to handle many projects at once;
7.An overwhelming desire to make an immediate contribution;
8.An extremely high degree of personal motivation with a distinct sense of urgency;
9.Ability to accomplish objectives with little day-to-day supervision;
10.Experience in dealing with challenging problems, developing strategies, prioritizing and implementing appropriate programs;
11.Demonstrated commercialization focus and able to provide leadership, set priorities and meet timetables leading to the attainment of goals;
12.Proven ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with all levels of management within a team environment on a variety of programs and projects;
13.Proficiency with computers, including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office products and database development programs.
Major Responsibilities:
1.Deliver revenue to the company by selling Kemin products into the vitamin and dietary supplement industries and beverage, confectionery relevant markets as well;
2.Develop and execute business plans for accounts;
3.Develop and continuously update project status on all accounts to include anticipated revenue;
4.Manage a strategic and highly disciplined long-term sales process;
5.Manage many customer and prospect projects simultaneously;
6.Use Kemin's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
7.Make solid impromptu decisions;
8.Attend trade shows and conferences as needed;
9.Stay current with industry trends and developments;
10.Prepare budgets and forecast sales by accounts;
11.Managing distributors and sales agents as necessary;
