岗位职责：

1、根据客户订单，确定运输计划；

2、全面负责车辆与货物运送的协调管理，追踪货物在途情况并反馈；

3、参与运力承运商的选择、管理与关系维护，运作质量管理及考核；

4、对驾驶员及现场人员日常安全及规范操作培训、指导。

任职要求：

1、高中以上学历，责任心强，品行端正，吃苦耐劳，抗压力强。

2、3年及以上物流货运业工作经验，其中至少1年以上调度岗位工作经验。

3、有一定承运商资源，擅长专线车辆调度和外请个体车辆调配工作。

4、熟悉专线车辆的调配价格行情和个体车辆风险评估，能快速处理异常状况。
