2、跨部门跨区域资源协调及工序改善；
3、新厂房规划及新产线架设；
4、NPI新设备新工艺新产品量产导入；
5、自动化导入和工序精简、生产效率等专项改善；
6、UPPM改善项目统筹与跟进；
7、工夹具交期管理及MOH改善。
任职资格：
1. 熟悉CAD制图、office操作等办公软件；
2.熟练掌握IE和精益生产的理论知识；
3.理论联系实际，应用IE专业工具为规划和改善工作服务，持续转化为生产力；
4、3年以上IE领域内经验，对layout规划、产能提升以及成本改善有独特见解和鲜明观点；
5、良好的自我管理和自我激励，坚持不懈地寻找达成目标的方法；
6、多元化的沟通方法和手段，能快速有效地解决难题；
7、时间观念强，执行力强，保质保量完成任务。
