职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Assist Community Manager to drive hub operation and service excellency, creating a customer-focused service organization, where members can enjoy their working experience at hub
- Responsible for members’ satisfaction
- Create pleasant physical environment and caring working atmosphere
- Provide support in meaningful and beneficial events at naked Hub, represent our organization, and create contacts and leads, making sure all the events are in compliance with naked Hub rules and standards
- Be an excellent problem solver while managing member expectations
- Assist the team in managing monthly account receivables
- Conduct daily hub image check and keep all the hub facility and equipment at a satisfactory level all times
- Assist in purchase and inventory management
- Report, track and follow up on the progress for all defects
- Collaborate with Associate Community Manager to contribute to the growth of the hub occupancy including renewal/referral and manage churns
- Assist to implement national policies and processes, ensuring hub’s operations is compliance with national standards

Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company when needed. Requirements:
- College graduate with a four-year degree
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Strong communication skill and team work.
- Passionate, driven and responsible
- Business level proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus 举报 分享
