岗位名称 Position: 客户服务代表 (Customer Care Representative)<br>所在部门 Department: 亚太客户服务部 (Asia Pacific Customer Care)<br>工作地点 Location:上海 (Shanghai, China)<br>汇报对象 Reporting to:客户服务主管,中国组(Customer Care Supervisor, China)<br><br>Job Responsibilities 岗位描述:<br>1. Provide professional and proper response to all product and order related inquiries 对所有与产品及订单相关的查询提供专业及适当的回复;<br>2. Performs all order processing and service-related activities to ensure the accurate, timely and effective handling of customer requirements 执行订单处理流程及服务相关的工作,确保准确、及时以及有效地处理客户要求;<br>3. Perform quotation and order entry, edit and maintenance, handle all telephone, fax or email inquiries relating to freight, orders, or billing issues 报价, 订单输入、更改及维护,处理与运货、下单或出账单相关的所有电话、传真或电子邮件查询;<br>4. Responsible to analyze and resolve customer requests, inquiries or problems by utilizing established procedures 根据现有程序,负责分析及解决客户要求、查询或问题;<br>5. Identify and report all instances of customer problems, potential sales leads and system deficiencies that are not immediately resolved to Supervisor and Sales Representative and / or Sales Management 分辨和汇报所有与客户问题、潜在销售订单及系统缺陷相关而主管、销售代表或销售经理未能立即解决的信息;<br>6. Follow up on incoming / outgoing goods schedule to provide accurate & timely feedback to customers and sales team 跟进进/出货计划,向客户和销售团队提供精确及时的反馈;<br>7. Prevent and /or resolve any billing disputes ensuring improved efficiencies 防止及/或解决账单分歧,改善效率;<br>8. Maintain current documentation and files as per established procedures and policies 遵照既定的规则与步骤,维护现有文档资料;<br>9. Assist in various tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned 按照公司安排协助完成其他工作、项目和职责。<br><br>Qualifications 岗位资质:<br>1. Minimum B.A. or B.S Degree 大学本科或以上学历; <br>2. Have good English communication skill, both written & oral. (English communication skill in working environment) 具备一定的英语说、写及沟通能力(工作环境中能使用英语沟通)<br>3. Must possess proficient software skills such as Microsoft Office – Word and Excel, Knowledge of ERP system, esp. Lawson M3 preferred 必须了解并熟练运用电脑应用程序,例如微软Office – Word及Excel, 了解ERP系统,有Lawson M3应用经验尤佳;<br>4. Minimum two years of customer service and / or Victaulic product knowledge 两年或以上客户服务经验及/或了解唯特利产品;<br>5. Must possess excellent communication skills and be patient, professional and courteous when faced with an adverse situation 具备突出的沟通能力,面对棘手情况能够耐心、专业并妥善处理;<br>6. Must be goal oriented, reliable, self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively 以目标为导向,可靠,积极主动,能够有效处理多项任务;<br>7. Willing to be flexible in working schedule, shift at holidays and work occasional overtime 如需要,能够灵活调整工作时间,因业务要求,有时需要加班
