For our Building Technologies Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a (BSCE) Product & System Test Engineer (楼宇自控及暖通产品)

产品与系统测试工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. "Can make product and system test plan/strategy to satisfy quality requirement. Understand product & system function test, performance test, stable test and environment test, etc.

对测试原理和HVAC产品有较深刻的了解。能够制定测试计划和测试策略来满足产品质量要求，同时对产品的功能测试、 系统测试，性能测试，稳定性测试，环境测试等有较深的理解。"

2. "Can analyse product requirement and feature, identify product test scope and specification, review design test case according to requirement and design document and product standards with team member.

根据需求、设计文档、以及相关标准，能够分析产品需求和特性，明确测试需求和测试内容。

3. "Absolute understand requirements and define test scope and specifications and finish test design, execute test and defect management, support commissioning on site. Complete test according to project schedule

独立理解产品需求，按照项目进度要求，确定测试需求，完成测试设计，执行测试和缺陷管理，支持现场调试

4. "Verify compliance test of developed product with specification and requirement of related standard and international standard

通过测试验证研发的产品是否符合需求、相关标准和内部要求"

5. "Strictly manage and track defect to ensure product quality and follow test process

严格管理和跟踪测试中发现的缺陷以保证产品的质量，并遵守测试流程"

6. "Coach and mentor team member for test activity, such as test case design, test method, defect management. And can contribute to department competence building-up actively。

7. "Takes up other department tasks and assignment as and when assigned by the department manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

"• Know test theory, test process, test design and defect management well. Can direct team menber to design test case and execcute test

• Deep understanding of HW design theory ,have HW test experience

深入的了解硬件设计原理，有硬件相关经验

• Have capability of analysing defect and can present advice to fix defect

具备分析问题和解决问题的能力

• knowledge of SW Test experinece

具有相关的软件测试经验

• Knowledge of product development life cycle is a must. Being familiar with waterfall model, V model and Scrum process.

熟悉产品研发开发流程，比如V型，瀑布型和敏捷开发流程。

• Communicating with fluent verbal and written English

流利的英语沟通能力

" ">= 5 years of product development experience in HW, SW or Test. HVAC commissioning experience is preferred

具有至少5年的工作经验，至少2年以上硬件开发或者测试经验，如果有HVAC行业的经验更佳"
