- Identify the improvement opportunities throughout the entire business operations and clarify their real change needs
- Support functions in their improvement activities and come up with new process improvements
- Consolidate and analyze scattered process improvement ideas and develop into a consolidated and practical change proposal
- Act as a project manager and/or facilitator in improvement projects
- Act as a steering committee member of improvement project when needed. Make sure the process guidelines are followed
- Follow global Opex procedures and act as the local contact in the global Opex network. Implement and coordinate global and country Opex projects in CNIAB.
- Support Net Working Capital improvement initiatives together with Value chain manager

- Technical or production background
- Understanding of drives products and business
- Project Management skills with some formal trainings in Project Management and ABB’s way
- End-to-end supply chain management know-how
- Deep knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methods and how to implement them
- Strategic thinking to align with group Opex strategies
- Good communication and coordination skills, good command of intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness
- Strong personal leadership and change management competency
