岗位职责：
1、负责发布招聘信息、定向搜寻合适简历、电话面试以及F2F初试，提供专业意见，协助各用人部门做出用人决定；
2、办理员工入职及转正、调动、离职等异动手续；
3、组织、策划各项员工会议及活动；
4、制订完善、组织实施人力资源管理有关规章制度和工作流程；
5、收集员工培训需要，组织新员工培训，以及培训后的反馈与评估；
6、处理劳动争议；
7、完成行政人事部主管交办的其它事项。

任职要求：
1、正规高等院校本科或以上学历；（专业不限）
2、1年或1年以上人力资源相关工作经验；（优秀应届毕业生皆可）
3、熟悉各种招聘渠道，具备一定的面试经验和技巧；
4、熟悉国内劳动法以及当地法规政策；
5、亲和力强，具备良好的沟通能力；
6、热情，有激情，积极主动；
7、对咨询行业有兴趣并愿意长期发展；
